Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products (source code, software, scripts) sold through kkhsmedia.com. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Products

We sell digital source code products. Once downloaded, the source code cannot be "returned" like a physical product. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product that is delivered instantly upon payment.

2. Installation Support (Free)

Every purchase includes free installation support. If you face any issue installing the source code on your hosting server, our technical team will assist you via WhatsApp at no additional cost.

3. When Refund IS Applicable

A full refund will be issued within 7 days of purchase ONLY if:

  • You are unable to install the product on your server/hosting
  • Our support team has attempted to help with installation and was unable to resolve the issue
  • The failure is due to a fundamental incompatibility that cannot be resolved

To claim a refund, you must contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and allow us to attempt installation assistance first.

4. When Refund is NOT Applicable

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Once the product has been successfully installed on your server
  • If you simply changed your mind after purchase
  • If you found a cheaper alternative elsewhere
  • If you do not have the required hosting/server to install the product
  • If you did not attempt to contact support before requesting a refund
  • If 7 days have passed since purchase
  • If the product was purchased and shared/resold to others
  • If you failed to provide server access for our team to assist with installation

5. Service Charges (Separate)

Service charges for complete setup, customization, WhatsApp Business verification, and other premium services are non-refundable once work has commenced. Service charges are separate from the source code price.

If you initiate a chargeback/dispute with your bank without first contacting us, we reserve the right to disable your access and take appropriate legal action. Please contact us first — we are always happy to resolve issues directly.
